Soleil’s journey began as an HR Generalist, where she spent 10 years mastering the intricacies of workforce management. Since then, she’s successfully implemented multiple HCM systems and led a technology team at a major brokerage firm, overseeing the rollout of multiple diverse platforms.

 

With a sharp focus on compliance, Soleil has been conducting Affordable Care Act (ACA) audits since 2015, helping employers navigate reporting requirements and IRS coding with confidence.
