Freedom HR Solutions was founded by Soleil Kline, an Army Reserve Veteran, seasoned business leader, and devout believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. Her faith, commitment to service, and dedication to integrity shape both her leadership philosophy and the values that guide the company.
The name Freedom carries deep meaning. First and foremost, it reflects the freedom found in Christ, which serves as the foundation for Soleil’s life and work. It also represents the freedoms this nation was built upon and the values Soleil proudly served while in the United States Army Reserve. Principles such as faith, service, accountability, and integrity are woven into every aspect of Freedom HR Solutions.
Freedom HR Solutions was built on more than two decades of hands-on experience in HR technology consulting and HR Generalist roles. Over a 20-year career, Soleil developed deep expertise in workforce management, HR compliance, benefits administration, payroll-integrated systems, and human capital management technology. Her background includes implementing multiple HCM platforms across diverse industries and leading a technology team at a major brokerage firm, where she oversaw system rollouts, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
Through this work, Soleil identified a consistent challenge: organizations were investing in HR technology but lacked the guidance needed to implement, manage, and maintain those systems correctly. Inaccurate setup, inefficient processes, and limited system understanding often led to compliance risks, operational errors, and unnecessary frustration for HR teams.
Freedom HR Solutions was created to close that gap. Today, Soleil partners with organizations nationwide, particularly those without dedicated HR technology expertise, to bring clarity, accuracy, and confidence to payroll, benefits, and HR systems. Her approach is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring platforms are built correctly, benefit plans function as intended, and compliance requirements are met without unnecessary complexity or stress.
